Turning a passion project into a full-time business was a defining moment in my life, rooted in dedication and a clear vision. What began as a creative outlet evolved through consistent effort, learning, and adapting to challenges, allowing me to transform a personal interest into a sustainable venture. Emphasizing quality, customer connection, and continual improvement helped establish the foundation for growth. This journey not only provided professional fulfilment but also reinforced the value of perseverance and strategic planning in turning passion for food and home baked goods, into a rewarding career.

We’re really proud of what we do. Tasty, homemade, classic baked goods all made locally and by hand. We use local farm fresh ingredients from local farmers you can find at your farmers market, like local farm fresh milk, local farm apples, fresh cage-free eggs and locally grown herbs and spices. With a focus on making classic recipes even better, and the use of local fresh ingredients, there’s no way you can go wrong! Whether it’s our best-selling scones, our sought after vegan cookies, or our huge Italian bread loaves, The Baking Room has been creating old classics and new loves since 2020. 

The pandemic was tough in so many ways, but one way we made it work to our advantage was creating food that our friends and family loved, and that we now get to share with all of you! I am so thankful to be doing something I love and creating recipes that people love, and I look forward to growing and expanding in the years to come!
